Adv. Raban is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a wide range of tax related litigation vis-à-vis the Israeli tax authorities and before the different Israeli instances, advising and providing tax related legal opinions.
Adv. Raban is involved in advising Israeli and international individuals and fiduciaries on a range of legal issues concerning trusts, shareholder agreements; wills, estates, citizenship and Aliya, and more.
Adv. Raban has years of experience in the area of indirect taxation, import law, trade regulations and trade levies.
In addition, Adv. Raban has experience in representing clients in civil and administrative legal proceedings, mediations and negotiations.
Adv. Raban practices as a Mediator as well, and is a registered mediator with the Israeli Courts Administrations, and acts as a mediator in cases addressed by the court.
Adv. Raban is also a member of the VAT, income tax and bookkeeping committee of the Tel Aviv district of the Israeli Bar Association, and in the arbitration and mediation committee and the alternative dispute resolution forum.
