Daniel’s professional experience extends to all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including providing advice and consulting services to leading groups in the Israeli economy and private financiers.

Daniel provides ongoing consulting services to public and private commercial companies, providing them with legal services in various fields, including reporting to the Israel Securities Authority, aspects of corporate governance, M&A agreements, financing agreements, and more.

Daniel also has extensive expertise in handling litigation and dispute resolution cases before the various courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. He is involved in complex litigation cases in a wide variety of areas, including the capital markets, securities, energy and infrastructure, planning and construction, the hotel industry, environmental quality and petitions to the High Court of Justice.

Daniel has unique knowledge and a wealth of experience in conducting complex legal disputes in all of the real-estate sectors, representing large real-estate players in the Israeli economy, as well as private investors, in complex disputes in large-scale real-estate projects, and also in disputes between co-owners, actions to dissolve co-ownership, and more.

  • He represented Melisron, one of the leading real-estate companies in Israel, in an action filed against it regarding the entitlement to rights in a residential and commercial project in Netanya, in the District Court and in the Supreme Court, which culminated in success.
  • He represented Shikun & Binui, Israel’s leading development and construction company, in arbitration proceedings against its partner, a leading real-estate company in Israel, regarding rights in an assisted-living residence and rights in a commercial center in Netanya, which culminated in success.
  • He represented Shikun & Binui Energy, in an action filed against it pertaining to a photovoltaic project in the south of Israel, in a scope of tens of millions of New Israeli Shekels, in the District Court and in the Supreme Court, which culminated in success.
  • He represented a major infrastructure company in a dispute pertaining to the exercise of the right of first refusal regarding shares in Israel’s largest private power station, in the District Court and in the Supreme Court, which culminated in success.
  • He represented an insurance company and one of Israel’s leading real-estate companies in proceedings to dissolve the co-ownership of a substantial tract of land, including commercial use, in central Israel.
  • He represented shareholders of a leading real-estate company in a motion to remove an arbitrator from his position in connection with a residential project in a scope of hundreds of millions of New Israeli Shekels in Jerusalem, which culminated in success in the District Court.
  • He represented the former Basketball player, Yoni Nir, in an action to enforce a real-estate sale agreement in connection with land in Tel Aviv in the scope of millions of New Israeli Shekels, before the District Court, which culminated in success.
  • He represented the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, owned by Amot Investments and Nitsba, in disputes pertaining to the air pollution at the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, including against the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
  • He represented a private investor from France, in a dispute pertaining to rights and an investment in a large-scale commercial and office project in central Israel.
