Adv. Eitan Mor’s practice is focused on technology and venture capital.
Adv. Mor represents and advises high-tech companies, private equity funds and venture capital investors, on corporate and commercial matters, as well as with respect to a wide range of complex investment and M&A transactions. Adv. Mor has also gained experience in representing local and foreign energy companies in large-scale projects worldwide.

Academic Experience
During his Studies in the Bar Ilan University Faculty of Law, Adv. Mor completed a summer internship at the Supreme Court of QC, NY and participated in a student exchange program in the University of Florida Law School; he was a Research Assistant for Prof. Shalom Lerner in the fields of Property Law and Securities Interests, and a Teacher Assistant in the courses 'Legal English' and 'Introduction to Law'; he was also selected to be a member of the Bar Ilan team for the ICC International Mediation Representation Competition team, which won the best mediation plan award.
