Ms. Elinor Vardi joined Gornitzky’s legal team as a legal intern in 2011 and has been an associate with the firm since 2012.
Elinor engages in the representation of clients in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions related to the sale and purchase of land, commercial leases and construction projects.
In her capital markets practice, Elinor is involved in the drafting of prospectuses, the submission of immediate and periodic reports and the implementation of various regulations. She also regularly works vis-à-vis various Israeli authorities and regulators (e.g. Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Israel Securities Authority, Israel's Ministry of Justice, and others).
In addition, Elinor is involved in representing the firm's corporate clients in their ongoing matters, including the drafting of business agreements and commercial contracts.
During her legal studies, Ms. Vardi served as a member of the Housing, Community & Law Clinic program, which addresses housing and other needs of residents in Jaffa through a variety of strategies, while combining input from different disciplines: law, community organizing, urban planning, real estate development and financing.
