Reut Oshaya-Holzer is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.
Ms. Oshaya-Holzer served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since May 2010.
Reut is involved in providing legal advice to the firm’s clients and specifically to one of Israel leading hotel chains on various legal matters related to their ongoing business activities. These matters range from corporate governance regulations to drafting contracts and agreements with business partners, employees, suppliers and customers. Reut is also involved in representing clients in litigation proceedings before the Israeli courts in commercial, civil and labor law matters.
Additionally, Reut is involved in advising the firm’s clients in matters of commercial real estate, especially in the hotels field.
