Benjamin Waltuch joined Gornitzky in 2003. He became a partner in 2008.
Prior to joining Gornitzky, Mr. Waltuch practiced law in New York City at leading international law firms for more than seven years where he acquired a comprehensive knowledge of the US securities, corporate, partnership and limited liability companies statutes.

Mr. Waltuch’s practice has focused on domestic and international transactions of the following types:
  • M&A transactions;
  • IPOs and other US securities filings;
  • Venture capital and private equity investments; and
  • Loan facilities.
He has represented companies and their financing sources, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, service providers and customers. Mr. Waltuch has represented clients which have ranged from commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions to companies in the new media, hotel, manufacturing, telecom, software, medical device, waste processing and energy industries.

Charitable Activities: Mr. Waltuch has served on the Board of Directors of his local synagogue in Israel. Prior to moving to Israel, he served as the Vice President of the Sy Syms School of Business Alumni Association and as a member of the United Jewish Appeal Young Lawyers Committee.
