Gornitzky represents a Chinese investment fund in a USD 16 million Series B venture financing round.

Gornitzky represented Shanghai GEOC Hengtong Investment Limited Partnership, a Chinese investment fund, and its affiliates, including Fortune China Limited, in a USD 16 million Series B investment round in S.D. Sight Diagnostics Ltd. in which they were the lead investors.

S.D. Sight Diagnostics specializes in utilizing advanced computer vision and machine learning technology in the field of blood diagnostics.

Shanghai GEOC Hengtong Investment Limited Partnership and Fortune China Limited were represented by Timor Belan (Partner) and Associates Avi Meer and Sharon Reingwirtz.
