Gornitzky represented Liam Shay Real Estate Ltd. and Liam Tohar Investments (companies controlled by Benny Peretz and Eyal Golan) in a motion to grant a preliminary injunction and a petition for trustee instructions, filed before the District Court against the real estate group Avisror.
The Court granted the preliminary injunction, and accordingly issued a judicial decree in which it orders Avisror Group to refrain from any disposition whatsoever with regard to Liam Shay and Liam Tohar’s shares held by the group in escrow.
