Mr. Amir Tsemach served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since 2016. Amir devotes the majority of his practice to advising and representing clients in the field of energy and infrastructure law.
Amir is involved in advising and representing both public and private corporations with regard to various aspects concerning the development, financing and operation of large scale energy and infrastructure projects. Amir also advises clients with respect to upstream oil and gas matters.
In addition, Amir advises clients with respect to ongoing corporate matters and commercial transactions, including the drafting of various agreements and contracts as well as advising clients on corporate governance matters.
