Dr. Shiman began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2019.
Yehonatan is involved in representing the firm’s clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, equity offerings on foreign exchanges and finance transactions.
In addition, Yehonatan’s commercial and corporate practice involves advising clients, regarding regulatory aspects, corporate governance and ongoing commercial matters.
