Mor began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2023.
Mor’s expertise is in corporate law, capital markets and securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
As part of her practice, Mor provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, including ongoing counselling to public and private companies in various fields, such as public offerings on the TASE, transactions with interested parties and immediate and periodic reports.
