Mr. Sela joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2014.

Tal is a member of the firm’s litigation team. In this capacity, he represents leading Israeli firms and individuals before various judicial bodies, including Israeli courts, arbitrators, mediators and regulators. Tal’s diverse litigation practice includes intricate commercial litigation cases in a wide range of legal areas, such as capital markets, taxation, shareholder disputes and administrative law, as well as class action and derivative suits.

In addition to Tal’s litigation practice, Tal specializes in International Litigation and Arbitration, a field in which we are proud to be ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500 as “an excellent Israeli law firm with good international connections’ and ‘experience going up against some of the world’s top-tier firms“.

The International Litigation team is particularly active in litigating energy, construction and infrastructure international disputes as well as M&A related disputed under the rules of all major arbitration institutions and particularly under the rules of the ICC, UNCITRAL and the LCIA.

Tal is highly experienced in representing domestic and international clients in complex cross-border disputes and international arbitrations.

Tal’s practice also includes an expertise in Constitutional and Administrative Law, fields that Tal published several academic articles in leading Israeli and International legal journals.

Prior to joining the firm, Tal served as a legal clerk for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, the Honorable Justice Asher D. Grunis. In this capacity, he was responsible for writing legal opinions concerning Administrative Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law.
