Gornitzky represented the underwriters in Sol-Gel’s $33.1 million underwritten offering on Nasdaq

Gornitzky represented the underwriters, TD Cowen and LifeSci Capital, in Sol-Gel Technologies’ underwritten offering of shares, raising approximately $33.1 million in gross proceeds. TD Cowen and LifeSci Capital served as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Sol-Gel is a Nasdaq-listed specialized dermatology company advancing innovative therapies for rare and serious skin diseases.

TD Cowen and LifeSci Capital were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried and Dr. Assaf Prussak, together with associate Josh Kersner.
