Our firm represented Egged Holdings Ltd., controlled by Keystone Infra Ltd., in a transaction for the acquisition of all of the holdings of Clal and Phoenix entities in A. Drive Group Ltd., for total consideration of NIS 176 million, based on a company valuation of approximately NIS 570 million. The acquisition makes Egged the largest shareholder in the group, the operations of which include, but are not limited to, Highway 6 and the Carmel Tunnels.
