Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co LLC and Barclays, in Similarweb Ltd.’s USD 31.6 million underwritten secondary public offering of shares on NYSE.

Similarweb is a leading company in the field of digital marketing intelligence.

Goldman Sachs and Barclays acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Citizens JMP, William Blair and Needham & Company acted as co-managers for the offering.

The underwriters were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried, Dr. Assaf Prussak and Nir Moses, along with associate Rebecca Greenberg.
