Our firm represented Keystone Infra Ltd. in a strategic move to consolidate its holdings in the conventional energy sector under a new company, Keystone Power Ltd., and in preparing it for an expected IPO. The transfer of the assets included obtaining various approvals, including from the Electricity Authority, the power plants’ financiers, and its business partners. Keystone Power is consolidating a portfolio of power plants with an aggregate generating capacity of 2.3 GW, generating annual net cash flow of NIS 115 million, and is preparing for an IPO at a valuation of NIS 2 billion.
