Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd., one of Israel’s leading energy companies, in an equity raise through a public offering of the Company’s shares and tradable warrants (Series 1) convertible into shares in an amount of NIS 238 million, with a potential additional investment of approximately NIS 141 million. The Company’s shares were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
