Our firm represented the Dan Public Transportation Group in a transaction to acquire 100% of the share capital of Tnufa Transportation Solutions, which operates public transportation lines in the Jerusalem metropolitan area, for approximately NIS 150 million. The acquisition of Tnufa’s public transportation operations joins a series of additional transactions undertaken by the Dan Public Transportation Group, with our firm, to expand its activities in the fields of public transportation, infrastructure, and private shuttle services.
