A Class Action in the Matter of the Costs incurred by the Operating Charges of the Pension Arrangement – was Dismissed

Our firm represented four pension arrangement agencies owned by Clal, Migdal and The Phoenix, in a Petition for the Certification of a Class Action in the amount of approximately NIS 400 million, which was filed against them on the grounds that they had breached their fiduciary duties vis-à-vis employees for whom they had managed their pension arrangement. The District Labor Court dismissed the Petition for Certification.
Represented by: the partner, Noam Ronen, together with the senior attorney, Tom Alkalay.
