Mr. Alon Shecheransky joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Alon worked as an associate attorney in a leading Israeli law firm.
Alon’s practice concentrates primarily on capital markets and securities, corporate law and commercial law.
As part of his practices, Alon provides ongoing counselling to public and private companies in various fields, including commercial transactions, preliminary and secondary rounds of financing and transactions with interested parties.
