Amit joined Gornitzky GNY as an attorney in 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Amit interned in the High Court of Justice Department at the State Attorney’s Office.
Amit’s primary areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, energy, infrastructure, and project finance. In his practice, Amit advises and represents private and public companies in complex transactions in both the local and international markets.
