Diana joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana has served for six years in the Military Advocate General Corps. During that period, Diana served as a legal counsel to the HR directorate and as legal counsel in the Legal Advice to the Region of Judea and Samaria Department.
Diana’s main areas of practice are banking and finance, often in the context of acquisition finance, project finance and other complex structured finance arrangements, as well as international and domestic M&A transactions.
Diana represents a broad array of lenders and investors including some of Israel’s largest financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity funds, and some of Israel’s leading public and private companies.
