Ms. Efrat Berzon joined Gornitzky & Co. as a Pre – Legal intern in 2019, then served as a legal intern in the firm and in early 2022 joined as an associate.
Efrat is involved in providing legal advice to the firm’s clients and specifically to one of Israel leading hotel chains on various legal matters related to their ongoing business activities. These matters range from corporate governance regulations, financing agreements to drafting contracts and agreements with business partners, employees, suppliers and customers
