Itay joined Gornitzky GNY as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, he interned at the State Attorney’s Office – Central District (Civil) and worked at a leading law firm.

Itay is involved in the firm’s banking and finance practice, in which she engages in the drafting of various financing agreements, representing both borrowers and lenders.
