Jonathan Biron is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences Practice at Gornitzky GNY.
Jonathan advises and represents companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in the fields of technology and life sciences, including on legal issues relating to artificial intelligence and data. Jonathan advises on private equity and venture capital investments, commercial and intellectual property transactions, as well as ongoing corporate representation.
Jonathan holds professional certifications from the IAPP in European privacy law (CIPP/E), U.S. privacy law (CIPP/US), and AI governance (AIGP). In addition, he has passed the CISSP exam administered by ISC² (the International Information System Security Certification Consortium), a leading certification in the field of information security and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Jonathan practiced in the intellectual property and privacy department of a leading commercial law firm, and served for six years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps.
