Josh Kersner began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2021.
Josh’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law, capital markets and the Hi-Tech industry, involving both privately-held and publicly traded Israeli and multinational corporations.
Josh is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions (both inbound and outbound), equity offerings on foreign exchanges, private equity and venture capital investments and general commercial matters. In addition, Josh advises clients regarding ongoing corporate matters.
