Liat specializes in advising on Israeli investment regulation and represents international asset managers, broker-dealers, banks, trading venues and fintech platforms on a wide range of regulatory matters relating to their activities in Israel. Among other matters, she advises on licensing and market access, the distribution and marketing of financial products into Israel, trading and clearing arrangements, and day-to-day dealings with the Israel Securities Authority.
Over the past decade, Liat served as Head of the Securities and Capital Markets Regulation practice at a leading Israeli law firm.
