Michael joined our firm as a senior associate in 2025.
Michael has extensive experience in advising clients in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters. He represents both Israeli and foreign clients in various stages of development, including start-ups in early and later stages, public and private companies, VC funds, financial institutions and others, and in fields which focus on innovation and IP development as well as more conventional manufacturing and services.
Michael represents clients in various investments, acquisitions, and in equity, debt and convertible financing transactions, with strategic and financial investors. Michael’s corporate work also includes advising clients on corporate governance matters, including public and private companies under a variety of ownership structures. On commercial matters, Michael advises clients on a broad variety of agreements, including supply, distribution, OEM, IP development and licensing, and others. He also has extensive experience in establishing joint ventures.
Michael’s work routinely involves cross-border transactions, with particular emphasis on the United States, Europe, and China.
Prior to joining Gornitzky, Michael accumulated twelve years’ experience working in the corporate and commercial departments of other leading law firms in Israel.
