Michal Silberstein is a Partner in the firm Gornitzky & Co.

Michal joined the firm as part of the joining D. Potchebutzky to our firm. D. Potchebutzky is a respected and experienced law firm in the field of tax law in Israel, in particular in the field of indirect taxation, which for decades has represented public and private entities, as well as leading companies in the market.

Michal accompanies her clients in the areas of indirect taxation (VAT, customs, purchase tax, etc.) in the various stages of their business and day-to-day activities, including tax planning advice, providing opinions, representation before the tax authorities and reaching agreements with the tax authorities, as well as representation before the various courts.

Since 2006, Michal has also been involved in managing mediation procedures and building agreements in various areas.

Michal is a sought-after and highly respected speaker in workshops and conferences in the field of VAT at the Tel-Aviv University, the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, the Institute of Tax Consultants in Israel and various commercial entities.
