Michal joined the Firm in 2026 and focuses her practice on commercial law, with an emphasis on advising technology companies and growth-stage businesses on commercial transactions and their day-to-day operations.
She has experience advising on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial agreements, SaaS and licensing agreements, investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other legal aspects of technology companies’ operations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Michal practiced at a leading law firm, where she advised companies and business clients on a wide range of commercial and technology matters. Previously, she served as in-house legal counsel, where she was involved in advising the company on its legal and business activities, including commercial agreements, financing transactions, strategic partnerships, and legal risk management.
