Mika joined the firm in 2026 as Chief of Staff.
In this role, she oversees the firm’s headquarters, strategic organizational processes, and the executive management’s supporting framework.
Before joining the firm, Mika served as an officer in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit and interned at a top-tier law firm.
