Nina joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Nina has served for six years in the Israel Defence Force’s Military Advocate General. During that period, Nina has gained extensive experience in the fields of criminal and administrative law.
Nina’s main area of practice is Hi-Tech and M&A.
Nina represents both local and foreign clients, and advises entrepreneurs, start up and hi-tech companies and venture capital funds, on their on-going corporate and commercial matters, with focus on financing, capital raising and M&A transactions.
