ABOUT

Mr. Haj-Yahia served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since July 2002.

Rani advises clients in cross-cultural and multilingual arenas, specializing in the fields of energy and corporate finance on national, regional and international levels.

Rani has been involved in large and high profile transactions and he represents both buyers and vendors in due diligence activities, SPAs, APAs, private equity transactions, spin-offs, mergers, loan notes, disclosures, warranties and data protection & confidentiality processes. He also advises shareholders and directorates with regards to on-going corporate matters.

In his litigation practice, Rani represents clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation cases before various domestic and international tribunals.

Rani’s practice also includes the representation of clients in the field of infrastructure and project finance, where he drafts transaction documents and conducts negotiations with various governmental authorities, lenders, underwriters, institutional investors, shareholders and other parties.

Furthermore, Rani is interested and involved in the advancement of the Arab population in Israel, particularly in promoting its integration into the national economy by maximization its economic potential.
