Shir joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Shir has served for six years in, Military Advocate General Corps.
Shir represents clients, and advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and hi-tech companies, on their local and international corporate and commercial matters.
Shir also represents individuals and institutional investors in connection with investments in start-ups companies, in venture capital funds and private equity funds.
