Shira practices in the field of real estate and handles real estate transactions of all types. She advises on sale transactions, developers’ sale agreements and the representation of developers and apartment owners in urban renewal projects, including Tama 38 and evacuation and reconstruction projects. Shira is also certified to prepare enduring powers of attorney by the Israel Bar Association and the Office of the Public Guardian.
