Yonatan assists and advises clients with their corporate lifecycle and their commercial and technology transactions. Yonatan negotiates IP license agreements and agreements with customers, developers, manufacturers, suppliers, and channel partners. Yonatan represents Venture Capital funds and Venture lending funds in their investments and loans. Yonatan also advises non-Israeli law firms and companies with respect to regulatory issues focusing on technology, drug development and registration, and government funding. Yonatan leads the firm’s GDPR and privacy practice.
