Our firm represented E.S. Australia Israel Holdings Ltd., a publicly held company (TASE: AUIS) controlled by Even and Ricky Neuman and their partner Shlomi Akrish, in a transaction to purchase 29% of Aspen Group Ltd., a publicly held company (TASE: ASGR) which operates in the real estate sector mainly in Israel and the Netherlands, and holds (50%) of Pie Siam Ltd., a company which operates in the hotel and real estate sector and its bonds are traded on the TASE.
The total consideration pursuant deal is estimated at 261 million NIS, reflecting to Aspen a 900 million NIS valuation.
