Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Energy in an engagement with Airtouch Solar Ltd., for the supply and installation of dry cleaning robotic systems for solar panels, in addition to the provision of operating and maintenance services for the systems for a period of 20 years. The engagement includes, inter-alia, specific IP, SLA and DoR arrangements. The transaction well demonstrates the vast economic potential inherent in the transition to green energy and its extends to the secondary circles.
