Gornitzky’s banking & finance team represented Extra Public Transportation a new Israeli public transportation operator established by Alon Blue Square Israel (TASE:BSI) Psagot Easybus and Tzir transportation in an almost NIS 500,000,000 financing provided by Leumi Bank for the establishment and operation of bus service operations in the area of the city of Netanya pursuant to a public tender it was recently awarded.
