Gornitzky represented Bank Hapoalim in a financing transaction in which the real estate investor Hadar Goldman purchased solar energy systems which produces clean electricity for Kfar Hayarok and the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC).

Bank Hapoalim was represented by partners Eli Elya and Inbal Badner, together with associate Zeev Bienenstock.
