Gornitzky represented Big-Mag Holdings Ltd. in a claim filed against it (and against additional respondents) to the District Court, in relation to a commercial real-estate property.
Our firm filed a motion for the dismissal of the claim in limine, for three reasons, part of which raise unique issues related to the legal status of the “representation” of a condominium. The District Court accepted the motion in its entirety and struck the claim.
