Our firm represented Bank Mizrahi Tefahot as arranger, agent and lender in a significant financing transaction pursuant to the award of a public tender of the Ministry of transport for financing the construction, acquisition and operation of two public transport clusters by “Tnufa” a new public transport operator set up by Shasha Tours, Maya Tour and China Motors.
