Gornitzky represented Mr. Kobi Tribitch (the founder and former owner of “Tiv-Taam” one of Israel’s largest super market chains) and his partners in the signing of a NIS 20 Million long-term lease agreement in one of Tel Aviv’s most luxurious buildings – the Meier on Rothschild tower – for the purposes of setting up the “Rothschild Boulevard Culinary Market”, a high-end gourmet food market comprising a variety of restaurants, food and beverage stations, bakery, and retail items similar to the Boqueria Market in Barcelona, Spain, and Eataly on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue.
in addition, Gornitzky represents Mr. Kobi Tribitch and his partners in sub-letting the different stalls and businesses that will be operating in the market.
