Our firm represented OPC Energy before the Competition Authority in a merger transaction with Veridis Power Plants and in another transaction with Dor Alon Gas Power Plants, in which OPC acquired the power plant adjacent to the Sugat factory. The transactions were examined by the Authority for an extended period of time and were finally approved without any conditions.
