A transaction for the sale of a logistics center, designated for industrial, storage and office use, in the Afek Industrial Zone in Rosh Haayin, for approximately NIS 89.8 million, plus VAT. In the transaction, our client, Danshar Marketing, sold to Menivim all of the rights in the land, with a total area of approximately 8.4 dunams, and the structure built thereon, with an area of approximately 10,000 sq.m. (approximately 7,000 sq.m. of logistics areas and approximately 3,000 sq.m. of office areas), as well as approximately 120 parking spaces.
