Gornitzky represented Fattal Hotels Ltd., in a transaction for the lease of 8 floors, a roof, commercial areas and parking spaces in an office building, part of which will be converted into a hotel in the WE Project, at 150 Menachem Begin Street in Tel Aviv, for a total period of approximately 25 years.
