Our firm represented Kibbutz Magen and Shikun & Binui Energy in an appeal that was granted by the National Planning and Building Appeals Committee. The decision enables the implementation of the regulatory benefit granted to the Gaza envelope communities following the October 7 attacks, allowing the construction of ground-mounted solar fields spanning up to 400 dunams per kibbutz across four communities in the region. This marks a significant milestone in the economic rehabilitation of the area and in the promotion of renewable energy.
