Gornitzky’s Intellectual Property partners spoke about the influence of commercial agreements on a company’s IP through the prism of Due Diligence

Last Thursday, Dr. Maya Shmailov, Adv. Shirley Gal, and Dr. Ziv Rotenberg spoke at a joint conference hosted by the ACC (Association of Corporate Counsel) and the IPPA (Israel Patent Attorneys Association). The conference addressed aspects of intellectual property management in companies and was attended by legal advisors and intellectual property managers from various companies. At the conference,  Maya, Shirley, and Ziv discussed  the process of IP due diligence for various commercial transactions and the impact of commercial aspects and commercial agreements on the company’s intellectual property strategy, as well as how every company can to be readily prepared for the due diligence processes.
