Our firm represented Dan Public Transportation Company Ltd. in a transaction with Signal Fund to finance the purchase of buses and advanced transportation technologies. The buses are intended to serve the heavy rail users between the cities of Hamburg and Berlin in Germany during the period when the heavy rail line will be replaced. The total investment amount of the project is approximately €85 million, with Dan’s direct share in the investment standing at €6.5 million.
