Our firm represented Melisron Ltd. in a public securities offering totaling approximately NIS 1.075 billion. The offering included a successful expansion of bond Series 19 in the amount of approximately NIS 359 million, as well as fundraising through commercial securities (Series 5) in the amount of approximately NIS 676 million – both via public tenders. The offering saw strong demand from institutional investors and was completed at minimum prices/maximum spreads.
